Return For Exchange

At Bedroom Decore, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as bedding, opened curtains, and customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange.

• Ship the item back to our return address (given below).

• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange or refund.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
